Satisfaction guarantee/ Disclaimer

We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the quality of our product and the service you receive from us. Please contact us if we fall below these standards, we will try our best to make things right, customer satisfaction is our upmost priority.

Our products are made with natural raffia fibres from palm tree in Madagascar. Our bags and baskets are made from the highest quality materials, however slight threading might occur due to normal wear and tear.

As the bags are handmade, slight variation to sizes, design and colour are to be expected.

The raffia fibres are hand dyed, hence making it difficult to obtain exactly same colour on every single piece.

The outer layer has been treated with waterproof solutions to protect from mild water damage but this might reduce with normal wear and tear. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, sun and water as colour fading might occur.

Legal matters

Any dispute or disagreements between us shall be governed by and interpreted by the Law of United Kindgom.
