Return policy

​

If you wish to return your package, please contact us by email on the following:

Please do so within 30 working days of delivery date include your order number and your details, along with a reason for return.

We will offer a return and refund service if you are not happy with your purchase, providing the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and in unused condition and in original packaging.

You will need to pay for your return via a tracked postal service. Once the item is received and processed, we will fully refund your purchase if it has not been used and in original packaging. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your account to be credited.

Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we are informed, however the upmost care is taken when packaging your items to reduce the risk.

Clothing are returnable, see the conditions above.

All jewellery are NON returnable for hygienic purposes.

 

 

Shipping timescale

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only. We normally purchase the 48 hours tracked delivery from Royal mail, however slight delay might occur on their behalf.

Expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days max, if any concerns please contact us.

The courier service is provided by a third party Royal Mail and if you wish to receive updates about your delivery, please provide a mobile number.

We will inform you once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Your tracking link will be sent via email.

Please allow 1 to 4 working days for your order to be processed because some are made to order.

If we are unable to dispatch within the required date, we will inform you by email.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of dispatch date please contact us and we will try and track the parcel.

Please report the item missing if you haven’t received after 25 days from dispatch.

We will refund you or resend same item if in stock and upon agreement.

The seller will not be liable for any expenses, loss or damage occurred to the buyer as a result of the Seller’s failure to deliver the product by a specified date.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel on these grounds:

  • Out of stock item

  • We don’t deliver to certain locations, outside of UK.

  • Incorrect order or price issue

  • If no payment has been received

  • A dispute or disagreement

We will not be held responsible for any damage, loss and injury occurred as a result and are not liable to pay out any compensation in any form.

Please note clearance and damaged items are NOT returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to make a purchase, select the product and add it to the cart to check out and go to make your payment. 

We currently have 2 payment options, STRIPE or KLARNA. We also accept all major credit and debit cards

You can apply your 15%discount code in the slot available. There is a small section, if you wish to leave us a little note about your order.

.All the details of the card is protected and not visible or stored by Emerald Artisans.

Credit card numbers are encrypted when an order goes through, using 128-bit encryption SSL secured.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and successful payment.

Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any errors, changes within a period of 24 hours of receipt of confirmation.
